All deliveries are main UK inland and to ground floor only - special arrangements may be possible for
installations and upper floor deliveries although this service may attract an additional charge




For furniture, cabinets, seating and any item weighing over 20kg or larger than a meter square, will attract additional delivery costs if being delivered outside of the Sussex area. Please note this charge many not show on your confirmation at time of order but will be added to your invoice.


If you would like to make a return please notify us by faxing 01444 412428 or email sales@clarkesonline.co.uk (for the attention of Carolyn Lewis) and await approval. Please enclose the following details: Returns will only be accepted if they have first been authorised. Please also note special order items are non returnable.

For returns due to customer error and outside of the Sussex area, must be returned in original condition to the address below and at the customers own expense:
