For any orders cancelled prior to dispatch within
3 working days of original order.
These orders will attract a
£10.00 surcharge.
If the order placed has not been dispatched after 3 working days then the customer has the right to cancel the order without any surcharges.
Please note: working days does not include weekends or bank / public holidays.
If you would like to return an item and it is in a resalable condition, please contact us with
14 working days and we will
organize for the item to be collected and a credit note to be issued.
If you are out side our local delivery van route and receive deliveries via our 3rd party courier, then you will have to make
arrangements for the no longer required product to be returned to us at your expense. On receipt of the goods we will credit
your account subject to our terms and conditions.
If the faulty item does not come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us within
3 working days from delivery
so we can arrange to collect and replace the item for you. If the faulty item came with a manufacturer's warranty, please
contact the manufacturer directly.All replacements are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty
Please report any damaged item to us within
3 working days of delivery in order for us to collect and replace the item.
If you find an item missing from your order please check for one of the following:
1) The item is due to be delivered separately as indicated by "T/F" on the product line on your delivery note
2) The item has a longer delivery time e.g. furniture, seating and cabinets
If none of the above applies, please contact us within
3 working days of delivery and we will dispatch the item to
you as soon as possible, subject to our internal stock levels being checked and authorisation being give to dispatch the
missing item.
If you find an item in your delivery that you did not order, simply contact us within
7 working days and we will arrange for the item to be collected.

Please have your delivery note or invoice number and product code at hand.

Perishable items (such as tea, coffee, chocolate etc) and dated products (such as diaries and planners) are
non-returnable items.
For an item to be in a resalable condition, we ask that it is in the original packaging, with no markings or writing on it.
Please note if the item is a business machine, the original packaging must remain unopened.
If you paid by credit/debit card, we will provide a refund back to the card you used to purchase the item. If you paid by
account, a credit note will be recorded on your next statement.
Returns will only be accepted if they have first been authorised.
For returns due to customer error and outside of the Sussex area, must be returned in original condition to the address
below and at the customer's own expense:
